With us you can enjoy the homey atmosphere of a private house in the comfort of modern rooms and studio apartments. Our House is situated on a small, quiet street, 60 meters from the center of the New Town of Sozopol. We are equally close to the two main beaches of the town.All of our rooms and apartments have air conditioning, a private balcony and bathroom, cable TV, and a refrigerator. Some of the apartments are equipped with a microwave oven, a gas burner, and kitchen utensils. We are striving to be as 'green' as possible, with most of our abundant hot water produced in the sun panels on the roof.
