Check out time 12:00. Clients occupying the room till 18:00 are charged an extra 50% on room rate. After 18:00 a full room rate is paid. - The room rate is increased by 20%, if an extra bed is added at client's request. - No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 15 days before confirmed arrival date. - Any cancellation made within 14 days from the arrival day or in case of non-show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 50% of the entire booking being charged.
