The apartment itself is unusually spacious for a one bedroom property, and has been decorated in a contemporary fashion.It is on the fourth floor of a vintage building that has been totally restored. An elevator provides access to this lovely apartment making it wheelchair accessible as well. The whole apartment has a beautiful floor of solid wood and recovered brick on the walls. The high beam ceilings add to the wonderful old-world style with all the modern amenities: free WiFi high speed, phone, flat screen TV, DVD player... The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and all the cooking utensils needed to prepare a meal in whenever desired. The large open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is spacious and bright, with 2 balconies and 2 large windows that flood the space with light for much of the day. A ceiling fan helps to keep the room nice and airy. The master bedroom has been decorated in a clean, contemporary style. It has a double bed (1'60m x 2'00m) and also contains a walk-in closet/wardrobe for your clothes. Bedside tables and lamps and access to one of the balconies make this a terrific room to rest and relax in preparation for your sightseeing adventures in Valencia.
