This apartment is located just 20 meters from the Molinos Beach in Ibiza city.The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is with en-suite bathroom and 1 double bed. The second bedroom is with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have built in closets and are equipped with shower, sink and toilet. There is a large living area with American style kitchen. The living area has with air conditioning; 32-inch flat screen TV.This apartment is located in front of the beach and is only 20 meters to the sand. The beach is in front of the apartment is called Playa Los Molinos. From this beach there is a small ferryboat (Agua Bus) that goes to Formentera daily and to the Hippy Market once a week. The area is called Figueretas and is located in between the Ibiza city center and the popular beach of Playa Den Bossa. The Ibiza center is lively day and night filled with great shops, bars and restaurants. Its also the main port of Ibiza island and were you can board a ferry to Formentera or take a private tour around the island. Playa Den Bossa is just a short distance along the beachfront. (aprox. 15 min.) This is a very popular area on the island because of the famous dance club Space is located here as well as the beach clubs Bora Bora and Ushuaia. There is also a big water park called Agua Mar. The beach walk that is in front of the apartment is peaceful and scattered with little restaurants, shops and bars. The location of the apartment is great if you want a quiet little beach but yet be close to all the action of the center and Playa Dén Bossa.
