The House of �Zio Ciccio� (Uncle Ciccio) is composed of two independent living units:a) Holiday House and B&B 'Zio Ciccio'b) Apartment �Zio Ciccio�a)The Holiday House and Bed & Breakfast 'Zio Ciccio' is on the ground floor of the renowned former 'Zio Ciccio Restaurant'. The restaurant is currently closed but it will be soon reopened.The independent House is located right on the waterfront of the Mediterranean Sea.The private car park is accessibility directly by the coast road.The House is a semi-rural environment, is about 300 sqm, and offers rooms with 1, 2, 3, and 4 beds.On request we can add more beds to a maximum of 20 persons. The House has 4 large bathrooms with bathtub and shower, full laundry with washing machine, large fully equipped kitchen (30 sqm).It also has a large private courtyard furnished.Available in the courtyard grill place.The House is located 500m from the fine golden beach, 3 km from the center of the city of Marsala, 3 km from the port where is the ferry to the Egadi Islands, 3 km from the railway station, 18 Km from Trapani-Birgi Airport.The Holiday House 'Zio Ciccio' is ideal for a vacation on the seaside, it offer absolute privacy and relaxing.It is ideal for couples, families and young people who will find a spacious and comfortable environment to enjoy their holiday.
