There is one shared bathroom regularly cleaned up.This is a guesthouse ('affittacamere' in italian) so we don't serve breakfast, anyway there is a kitchen at the guests� disposal!Attention! The municipality of La Spezia has decided for the introduction of a 'stay tax' of 1,50 euro per person per day; this rule start from the 1st of March 2012-Please note we have a 72-hour cancellation policy- Check-in is by appointment from 15 pm to 20 pm; check-out until 11 am.- Inform via phone or mail, about the time expected for your arrival the check-in day.
