old hotel with enormous amounts of character an history. like a living museum much beter in my opinion than a recent unpersonal 4seasons
everything was vintage !
well there were some "problems" but for the payed amount and the age of the equipement it was perfect
secure neighboorhood but can appear agresive obscure underground
for an occidental
but all cairo is like that. Finally it was more secure than paris or london (but seamed much worse...)
