There are 3 computers in the lobby, so there's usually at least one available.Breakfast you have a choice of several egg dishes,Continental , or Hanoi Noodles with Chicken and beef , along with a drink (juice, tea, or coffee).We booked the Halong tour through them too, no complaints. Service was good, the staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more, especially for the price we paid.Highly recommend you stay Splendid Star Hotel.

A great hotel in the center of Hanoi. Very clean and a very friendly staff. The hotel is in a little street so the traffic jam can't be heart what is really important in Hanoi. Great place to stay !!!

Overall service is good and very helpful during my stay. Well feel like stay with the family. That will be very great if some of the staffs can communicate well in English which will make more fun. However, I will give overall performance 95% score for this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Splendid Star hotel. It is a new opening Hotel, just in Sept 2008, reception was brilliant, room was nice & spacious, everything was every clean. The staff were absolutely exceptional, always pleasant and helpful. We stayed in the Deluxe double room on 7th floor- had a lovely little balcony with Church view, fresh fruit and flowers everyday. I would highly recommend Splendid Star hotel.

I had missed my luggage in the airport taxi and the receptionist called to the airport many times to find it out.Luckily,they found out the taxi driver and gave back for me .thank you very much for your assistance I will never forget. The hotel was very clean and even though it was in the centre of the old district it was quiet in the room. We had booked a twin room and this was exactly what we received - very suitable.all of the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also excellent as there was a menu to select either hot or continental from each day. I highly recommend this hotel!!!
