Cool place right in the heart of downtown. Great staff, quiet and comfortable. Small lounging quarters but a great way to meet people!

The hostel has a good location, is clean and quiet. Security is good but does not deter people from nicking your stuff in your room. The hostel owners mean well by showing some presence, however this takes away some of the fun as it feels more like you are staying with Mom and Dad. - I booked some events over the hostel, they were all good and worked out fine. - Beds are clean and comfy. Overall a pleasant stay!!

The staff at Blarney's Rock were very kind and helpful. I found the rooms to be pretty small and cramped, and the location to be fairly noisy though.

We have never met a ruder lady than the lady who runs the hostel. For somebody in the hospitality industry, she needs to learn how to treat people who are paying to stay in the hostel.

nice new and clean bathrooms. very friendly and helpful staff! my room had a lot of tiny insects on the ceiling that tend to fall on the upper bunks though.

Comfortable, clean, and spacious dorm room and bathrooms, and very well-stocked kitchen. Common area a bit small but cozy. Location can't be beat (in the middle of downtown). The best part is the AMAZING owners- Sonny and Annette were unbelievably kind and helpful and made my stay incredible. I'd recommend to anybody!

Wonderful hostel with clean facilities and amazingly friendly staff! Downsides would be the heat of the room (no fan or air-con) and that if you're in the shower for more than 4 minutes, you completely lose pressure. Otherwise, great time and I would definately not hesitate to stay again! Thanks Annette!

I had a really excellent stay here, the owners were really lovely and it was very clean and comfortable! They had a bbq which was really good aswell! I would highly recommend Blarneys and would definetly go back!
