for the money - they could do much better. not even instant coffee possible, milk in tea a big stretch, the lift to the 4th floor worked once, and this \'friendly owner\' we read about called twice to explain the scams of Cairo (but we were already comfortable with this) and when we wanted to know the total of our bill - the staff couldn\'t tell us - we all had to wait for the \'big boss\' to call back - and that took 12 hrs!!
