The roof terrace and the cats are great!! The woman who runs this B&B is very friendly but speaks almost no english. It's located at a very busy street, so it's very noisy all the time!

Very nice place. Extremely close to the train station and easy to find. Very friendly owner. Lovely balcony on the roof with view on the city. Breakfast is the weak point but still, excellent value for the price.

The staff is nice but made a confusion about the reserved bedroom. While the double bedroom is spacious and comfortable, the double ensuit (private bathroom) is really small. The hot water tank is small and you have about 5 minutes of hot shower water before it gets cold again and after that you have the bathroom flooded.

Very nice tarrasse on top with a bautifull view over the old part of Palermo and the sea!Rooms leading to via roma are huge but very noisy. A very friendly women served perfekt italian Coffie by the sweet breakfast.
