The staff was a bit rude and even though we booked and paid for a six person room, he put us in a 8 person room. Internet terminal was expensive and slow and hard to use.

Quite far location, although close to local train station. The dorm rooms are very small.
The reception guy was nice and friendly.

You should have clear map and location of hostel on website. The one that i got was unclear so that it was difficult to reach the hostel. The rest was fine.

I no its a youth hostel but this place reminded me of a child care center there were unsupervised kids running around everywhere

Great place to stay luckily because it's the only hostel in Montreux. Rooms are cleaned every day, showers are always hot and breakfast is nice. Would go again and again.

we'll recommend this hostel to my friends as a good hostel in Montreux. Just only one thing we were a bit disappointed is we booked a 6 bed room but we got 8 beds, the staff said that\"they are the same price and you have to share in 8 beds with a couple, who came before you\" we understood that but staff should offer the better thing for customer and shouldn\'t afraid to open a new room. However, we appreciate your hostel.However we appriciate the hostes.Regards.
