It was a real excellent hotel. VERY FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF!!

The staff is extremely helpful and spoke good English. They set up all of our tours and reservations for Torres Del Paine and we had a wonderful time in the park. This hostel is shown better on the internet than in real life. The inside looks like it is under a constant state of construction and you are staying with a family with very young children. It is a good value and the water is hot and rooms are warm.

very helpful friendly couple, organised tickets etc for us. place is mostly brand new with a little work still going on.

the hostel is not yet up and running. however they are still renting rooms while they are fixing up the place. perhaps in a couple months when they finish the remodeling it might be a nice place?

I had a good stay here. The owner, Paulina, was excellent. She was very helpful and worked hard. The hostel seemed a bit rough around the edges, as if It was just getting started. In a few months, I think that it will be excellent.

It is a very nice hostel, very well located in the town of Puerto Natales. The guys that run it are very friendly and very helpful. They helped us organise our trip to Torres del Paine and booked transfer tickets for us. Also the owner makes fantastic sushi!!!

Hostelworld indicated DOUBLE BED when it was actually a bunk bed (two people). Needs correcting.

A couple runs the hostel and they are amazingly helpful. Cristobal (the owner) went out of his way to bring us lost luggage to the Park that the airlines had misplaced...brilliant. Also, you can buy tickets to Torres there and the bus picks you up right in front of the house as you are finishing a fresh breakfast Cristobal has just cooked!
