This hostel is in Perissa, not Fira, so it's a bit far from the action. Perissa is a lot more quiet than Fira - there are not so many bars or clubs around. it's more relaxed than anything

Gustos and Rula were so lovely. The position was perfect with an easy stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our room was cleaned every day and from our balcony we had a 360 view, we could see the ocean the big beautiful blue and white church and the cliffs behind. I would recommend Villa Dimitris to anyone wanting to visit Santorini.

Villa Dimitris is a fantastic place to stay. Its a 2 minute walk from Perissa beach and plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean and cool. The couple who own the place are great-really friendly and helpful and they will even pick you up and drop you off from the port or airport. I would highly recommend Villa Dimitris to anyone going to Santorini and will deifnately stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay at Villa Dimirtis. Very friendly service from Costas and Rula who provided transport to and from the port. Great location in quite street close to beach and shops. We will definitely come back next year.

Lovely place, very helpful and friendly. The rooms have a great view. Picked us up from port, only thing was there was no pool, but loved the place. Room had tv, fridge, cooking facilities and ac.

The villa was situated about 100m from the beach and close to the bus that takes you into town. It definitely isn't the place to go if you want to party but the room was lovely (with a little kitchen) and we had a table and chairs outside our room where we spent quite a bit of time. It was clean and friendly and just off the road so not noisy. Staff were very helpful and had loads of local knowledge. Would definitley recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! It is a cute little place really close to the beach by lots of restaurants and a market. It was very clean, had a kitchen, and the staff was very nice. We were sad to leave.

This place surpassed any expectations I had and was absolutely amazing.It was right next to the beach, the bus station and the town of Perissa.There is a daily cleaning service for the rooms and to make it even better it is an absolutley beautiful place. we paid 18 euros for a double room a night. They even picked us up from the port and drove us back even after we had paid and our stay was done!! You really cannot ask for anything better than Villa Dimitris while in Santorini :-)
