This place without the Internet!!! I have reserved 3 nights in privat room and have received the big and pleasant room on the second floor. Whether when I have asked there can be I for one night, the owner has answered: "no problems", however, in the morning there was that if I want to stay for the fourth night, I should pass in other room. I have received dirty room on the ground floor full of mosquitoes and with the broken bed!!!

This is more like a private room in the owners house. Pleasant, but not much atmosphere, would not recommend for single travellers or those looking to make friends.

This is a total misunderstanding (except location). Hosts have no idea how to treat tourists. Staff doesn't speak English nor Russian. No privacy, dirty sheets and 'mosquito hunting' before you go to bed. Never again.

On the day of our arrival (July 24th), our reservation was not booked, although I did mention the late arrival hour (we arrived 11pm). The staff hardly spoke any English, and we ended up sharing a dorm with 4 other people that first night. The second night the dorm was ours alone, but nevertheless it was not the double room with private bathroom I booked on Hostel World. So it was not exactly the best start of our holiday in Bulgaria. Hopefully you can avoid these situations in the future.
