    we had a little trouble with our booking when we came, that was sorted out soon. Some of the staff was not very friendly in our oppinion.

    Nice, scenic neighborhood right near Portabello Market. But, the tube stop location makes it hard to get to other places (a couple of line switches on the tube is usually necessary).
