This place is ok for a place to put your head down. The tours are good but you don't really feel comfortable in the place. It's very much a business and the staff prefer your money in there hand rather than make you welcome. They are very nice people, just i've stayed at better places. The place is functional.

Great one, Kim, Bobby and Gampa they are so great.

Good clean hostel, but do not stay here before 712, extremely loud American girl should be gone by then.

Great place to stay - good kitchen, DVD's and very clean.
One downside - the beds were really hard...Mr Kim, please get some soft beds !!

it's hard not to be well-locacted in ulan batar, being such a small town. the hostel is hard to find at first but free pick-up from the train station is great! free breakfast=nescafe, bread and jam
free internet=from 10am to 6pm only! slightly irritating
television= from 6am 10? but most of the time the staff uses it themselves. the hostel is small, but cosy, and kim is great and super helpful. very little, though, to keep anyone (who can read english) from walking in the hostel and int...More

for such a busy place, Bobby and her staff has got the place running like a well oiled machine.
Great location and the rooms are excellent considering what you pay
Bobby organises good tours as well but english speaking guides would be better.
The guest house staff are a wealth of information!

The hostel was nicely located near the square and the department store. The staff was extremely friendly and even picked us up at the train station free of charge! The only downside was that they were quite pushy about side trips. The upside to that was, the Ger trip was fun and a decent deal.
Mr. Kim is a great guy and I'd stay there again.
