kitchen could use a bit of tidying up, but it definitely did the job!had a blast and highly recomend it

The stuff made also a lot of noice, the room was cold. I would not recommend this place to my friends and it was also to excpencive..

The only downfall to Santa Croce was the temperature of our room and the water in the shower. It was FREEZING when it was time to go to bed with no heating apparatus in sight. Also you had to shower rather quickly or the hot water would run out an turn to frigid knives of ice piercing your skin. Other than these two factors, Santa Croce was great! We stayed at

Not the best place, its in the very centre however this is a bad thing... We hardly slept all night due to the loud road outside. Also there is a large gap in the ceiling so at 3am we had peaople talking really loudly next door which made it sound like they were in our room. We moved that day to an apartment called 'all florence'...it was one of the best places we have stayed and much cheaper than this place.... on a ghood note there is good security and a cheap supermarket nearby.

My private room was basically an apartment (except for the shared bath). Very spacious, and warm. The owner is extremely helpful and kind. Only complaint was the muddy floors after someone took a shower. It was a little skeezy to get in there afterwards. Otherwise, great for the price. And free wiFi!

the people at the front desk where very helpful and full of suggestions for dinner, bars, etc. i would recommend it to anyone!
