Great hostel with great staff and fantastic city centre location. Worth recommending.

This hostel is quite well located. However there is only very small lockers to put your valuables and there is no security room, so you may cross your fingers in order your things be there when coming back. Also, people are allowed to smoke in the kitchen, which is almost the only room in the hostel. Finally, not all the dormitories are equipped with a heating system, such as you can find the night very cold in the winter months.

The hostel is quite nice. It has a big living room, which is very nicely decorated. You can watch TV and it has many DVDs. The thing that bothered me the most was the fact that sleeping room was not heated at all. It was very cold during the night, although a blanket was given to me it was very cold during the night. The bathroom was also not heated. It was very unpleasant at all. I would not recommend this hostel to people during the winter time.

A very friendly hostel in a wonderful old building. The staff were helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed. We had a simple but clean large double room on the top floor. Bucharest is nice, if you get off the main streets in the centre you will find some wonderful old buildings some beautifully restored, others being restored and some still in need of a face lift. A fantastic museum to see is Museul Satului, traditional houses (some very old) from all over Romania rebuilt in a park.

party hostel.. people are awake all night so must be a heavy sleeper or join the party

The entry way is very dark and scary if you are coming at night. We almost didn't go in because of how dark and poorly marked the entrance was.

Great Breakfast if you get up on time! Good internet access. All round decent.
