Just be aware.
We booked 3 nights through Hostel World there, and when we got at this woman's place she told us that the heater does not work, so she brang us to an hostel downtown.
It was nice from her, but I don t know if she thought about the 12 euros for the reservation fee that we lost because of this.

Great place to stay. We had a really big room with kitchen. A little out of the city but easily accessible by bus (only 7 stops). Close to train and airport. Would stay there again.

Our feeling of Sofia was positively influenced by TemGer - M hostel. It offered us all we needed and we felt there like at home. In spite of it is located not in the center it was quite easy to get from there everywhere we wanted - bus connection good (bus 2,4,85,86). We were really satisfied with landlord and accommodation.

Private room is a most luxurious one I have ever stayed in hostels (out of 50)...but it s 2 km away from city centre. Safe car parking!

AWSOME Place. slightly out of the way. Bus 85 is the one to take. 4 stops and ur there. LOVED IT!!!

Located a short tram ride from the center, this hotelhostel is quite small and nice. The peace and quiet of the small neighborhood in which it is located is particularly appreciated, and there are a handful of pleasant cafes and restaurants right around the corner. Unfortunately, breakfast is not provided, but is available at a small cost. Probably not a great choice for the shoestring backpacker, but perfect for a couple or small family traveling together.

This is good hostel if you are looking for best prices. Is not that far form the airport so taxi will cost you around 10 euros. I have to say that Sofia is a nice and interesting city but you should learn at least how to read their languange in orther to have an easily trip. The lady that manage the hostel is very nice.
