The onsen is really good and the staff are very helpful.

Beautiful location, right across the lake to Mt Fuji. The breakfast and bath look over the lake. (breakfast 1200 Yen and bath tax 150 Yen extra, but both worth it.
It takes a while to get there by taxi approx 2400 Yen... almost the cost of the accomodation) but there is a bus apparently.
