Reported lack of cleaning materials in kitchen but they never appeared. Wanted three nights but Hostelworld only indicated two were available which meant we had to change rooms. Same with Beersbridge, Glasgow, indicated only two nights available when three were which was annoying in both cases.

Very difficult to find access by car in motorway

Very clean, tidy and quiet place... Really nice if one's looking for a good night sleep after long days wandering around the city centre, doing shopping or partying at Fringe!

Awesome accommodation for a few nights in Edinburgh. Bit pricey, but it was good to have a single room for a change, and the place was immaculate.

It's a uni. 30minutes bus ride from town runs all day and night. During the day you can train it to Ed only takes a few minutes from the uni. I took a pic of the timetable to remember when it left so wasn't late canbuy a ticket on the train. Would stay again. The accommodation is several block flats all new, each group of about 8 single rooms shares a common room which has frigde, oven microwave etc. I was the only one in my flat block. Very clean

The student residences aren't a fun party place or central location, but I still found them a great place to stay. We came for the festival and it was quick and easy to get into Edinburgh every day by train or bus, and back even late at night. We benefited from the clean, quiet and reliable residence rooms and staff and I thought it was really good value especially during the festival time.

It was very hard to find your main entrance

The poor security guard had to look after us when we were given a single instead of the double which we booked. Even then the double only had one pillow. Easy connection to Edinburgh & the festival

The student residences were perfect for my short stay in Edinburgh. The location wasn't great, but there was 24hr bus services and trains. It was nice to have a clean and private room for a change.
