Very friendly and helpful owner, but the other staff was not particularly welcoming. Variety of the breakfast could be improved (no simple Baguette or Toast). Nevertheless a great place and I would come back.

I sent an email of complaint that has not been replied to. There was no room at the guesthouse for us, despite the booking being comfirmed and the deposit being taken from my credit card. We are very unhappy about this and had to arrange alternate accommodation at the last minute.

nice place, beautiful wooden building, friendly owners, place next door of cousin also great (alounsavath guesthouse), nearby river, breafast very good
