Staff was very nice, breakfast was good and though it was a bit cold outside, rooms had heaters and they were warm. You could hear everything to your room, but that is very small issue. All in all, very good place to stay.

The best hostel I have every stayed at. Felt like home and staff, especially margarida, was awesome! I wish the smile hostel could follow me everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay in this hostel very much. The location was excellent, the staff good and helpful, breakfast nice and the rooms aand bathroom clean. I can recommend this place

Great hostel and great staff who are always welcoming. Smile hostel is a short walk to everything you want and has the best breakfast i have had in any hostel!!

This hostel was magnificent - the place really will make you smile! Dont let the 3rd floor location and small bathrooms deter you from what is a great socialable hostel - the varied and huge breakfasts are as enticing as the cosy bedrooms and in Margarita, you have a sauntering and incredibly helpful owner who will make you love Lisbon!
