The staff cold be more nice!!!!!!

I was taking a shower and the woman who came to clean the room tried to come in, jiggling the handle and knocking...but aside from her impatience I thought the staff was alright. The guys at the desk were really cool. Kind of a mediocre place in general, WITHOUT (I repeat) WITHOUT wireless, but free coffee in the morning is lovely and the location is perfect.

The room was very small and could have been a little cleaner. I didn't feel the bathroom was as clean as it should have been. Was a little gross. Also i was a littled annoyed about the fact that the internet wasn't working even though it was mentioned as a free service in the brochure. I would say that on a scale from 1-10, it was a 4. However,o have to say the location was great!!! Very close to the underground (ueensway Station & Bayswater station were only a few blocks a way)

The location was very good,near the tube station, 5 minutes walk to the queensway station or 5 minutes to bayswater station. We stayed in a room for 6 persons and it was very very small,maybe it can be for max 3 persons, but we have the bathroom in the room and was ok. There as no internet service,the place was clean, pretty quiet Anyway I raccomend it for young group...

dorm rooms are extreamly small.

We had different people coming in and out of our room all night also people how were not from that room. Security was very bad. I woke up one night and some random guy was stearing at me how also shouldnt of had the key. I am very dissapointed with this hostel.

It seems they get customers there using false advertising...there was no internet, they "sold out" of all the tickets to attractions (online they said you can get a 20% discount to attractions in the city), and they wanted to charge 24 pounds for a bus tour that we later saw for 22. Good things:the place was clean, pretty quiet, and nice to have a bathroom inside the room.
