Ursula sets the gold standard for Swiss hospitality; with Chris and Monty they are an indomitable B&B team. I found absolutely nothing lacking in my experience at Rugenpark. I would recommend this place to everyone starting with friends and family. I would also advise guests to discuss and organize their itinerary with Ursula's help upon reaching Interlaken. She is a local travel and tourism encyclopedia!

Ursula was so nice and polite and very helpful on where to go and things to do It is a very pleasant experience and we loved it. Ursula even made us to go breakfast bags. For me, there wasn't a vast selection of breakfast choice, but than again, there was a kitchen there where you can make your own food. The price was even a great deal. The next time we go back to Interlaken, and we are going back, we will be staying at RugenPark B&B.

An absolutely great place to stay if your coming to Interlaken! The hospitality is amazing!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Very friendly and Ursula and Chris make you feel very welcome. The hospitality and service is better than a 5-star hotel!! :) Also give some really good local hints and tips.

This hostel is probably the best hostel I've been to ever in term of hospitality. The bed that you get is pretty much standard German style beds. The advice from the host is second to none. The only slight down side is it's slightly far from the station although it's only a 3-4 minute walk.

Our hosts Ursula and Chris were amazing. So informative, helpful and caring. She even lugged our heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. We felt really at home and was like we were staying with family. Rooms very clean and cosy and very close to train station. Breakfast was lovely. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
