Staff very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast fantastic! No problem with recommending this hotel to anyone staying in Pisa!

This place was fantastic, it felt more like a hotel than a youth hostel. My friend and I got upgraded to an even better room. It has a great charm, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was also luxurious.

good hotel with standard bedrooms, but palace-like common rooms and roof terrace. really good breakfast. Very friendly and helpfull staff, which is rare in Italy. Great value for money.

The Royal Victoria Hotel is a lovely hotel with a great deal of character. We were given a traditional room (306)overlooking the river and a church tower. The breakfast in the morning was superb. The hotel is situated near the university and there are many student bars and caf

ordered a doubble bed room and there idea of a dubble bed was 2 singles pushed together and a doubble sheet over the top this was very inconvenient sharing the bed
