    We lost our $10 key deposit because we didn't check out at 10am sharp. We didn't feel we caused any inconvenience to anyone and we are sorry if that was the case but the guy "in charge" felt the need to tell us off. Considering that our delay was partly caused by no available showers that morning we feel the customer service wasn't very friendlygood.
