It was very clean but the directions to get there were very confusing. The directions were based on Hatton Cross, which was closed at the time I went. It was close to the airport (Heathrow), but the bus to get to Terminal 5 took 45 minutes, comparable to the same time in taking the tube from Kensington.

I needed a place to stay on route from Casablanca to New York. I actually had plans to stay with friends in London which fell through so I found the Revive Lodge. The directions were great, location, price, and it was the quiet place I needed to prepare for my flight back. Jeffrey was very nice and even gave me a wake up call! Great place to stay in route.

This is a great place to stay if you need to get to Heathrow airport.
The owner was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had the bus schedule, knew where the bus stop was, etc even though I arrived at 1:30am.
My room was very cozy and unlike a review I read earlier, the bathroom did, in fact, have hot water.
Everything was great and I will definitely stay there again if I am flying into or out of Heathrow.

The rooms and bath were extrememly moldy and cold. No one could bath in the literally icy bathroom. The beds were good and the bedding clean. The directions were poor and hard to follow. Even locals had no idea where it was!

About a 3 minute walk from the buses to the airport and a 10 minute walk from the tube to waterloo (about half hour trip). Staff was very helpful too.

i was very impressed at the service i got for my money. helped makemy trip to japan much easier. i would certainly stay there again.

Very conveniently located for Heathrow Airport. Wendy was very friendly and helpful. Free internet and cable tv in our room.
