Nice people working here,but they don't know the meaning of the word "cleanliness" The worst place I've ever been.

Awful place. Leaking bathroom boiler, black tide marks around bath, dirty floor and awful state. up for sale and you really should never recommend this place again!

The stay at the hostel was the worst holiday experience ever. The staff did not speak English, everything was dirty: the furniture was covered with dust, the sockets were falling apart, the balcony and windows were covered with dove excrement, the room was decorated with scary porcelain and rubber toys, the bed was too small and the pillows were dirty, the towels smelled bad and I found long hair and an old cigarette lying around in the room. Terrible.

Well situated hostel,however communication with staff in English is a bit difficult.strange smell and bathroom could be cleaner but Porto is so beautiful that it made it up for everything:)

This hostel was more like a prison than a hostel, dark and scary. The staff dont speak english at all and the place was dirty. I was quite worried staying there.

Do NOT sleep here! It's a place you won't even let your mother in law sleep. Uncleaned beds and a shower without running water. We went down to ask back our money. Even after help of the tourist police of Porto, the owner refused to give the money back, shouting. All we could do was write a complaint in the complaints-book.
