A nice welcome from helpful staff but...no heat in room, 5th floor room (no elevator!), lock on toilette door did not work. Funny (bad) smell in room. Lots of door noise.

it's most likely student resident, no towels, shared shower room, and a poor room. Anyway, it's quite cheap and better for a short term trip.

Be aware of the steps. One is very dangeres and higher than the other one. Through that you can fall very hard.
The rooms are ok, not beautifull but ok.
