This is a don't miss hostel in an old 1914 building. The town is well worth walking and Cow Bay restaurants are only a couple of blocks away. They even had a pumpkin carving night. COOL

The perfect hostel! Great atmosphere, clean, free internet, more like staying in a friend's home than a hostel! Best of my trip so far! Highly recommend.

A lovely weloming hostel that will pick you up free from the ferry... do your washing and store your luggage. A great jumping off place en route to Haida Gwaii (Queen Charlotte Islands) for an unmissable adventure into the resurgent Haida culture...GO NOW!

Rooms are relatively small but if you're just there a few nights it won't matter. Shared bathrooms were clean and nice enough. It's a bit of walk to most restaurants but there's a nice pub nearby with good food. Pickup from train station is quite convenient. Staff weren't very friendly or particularly helpful, but ultimately this is a decent place. $10 cab ride (10 minutes) to ferry port in the morning. No breakfast provided.
