The staff are great, but the place is just ordinary. Probably better than other places you will stay in Vietnam though. I would strongly suggest looking into the places closer to the old town, however. It is about a 15 minute walk away from town (easily walkable) but it is not great if you want to stay out a bit later. It is clean, the food is fine (breakfast included), and quiet depending on who is staying there (we did have one night of VERY rowdy guests).

This hotel was a lovely new establishment in which we enjoyed 8 days. The staff were very helpful in every way and the shuttle service into the centre of town was quite efficient. Our room was very clean and breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend this facility.

Probably one of the best hotels in Hoi An, nice pool and nice and spacy clean rooms, really enjoyd the stay, only little minus is that its a little bit far outside from old town but they have good a regular free shuttle bus, also to nice beach, which is pretty good, nevertheless walking still possible but you dont need to! Stuff was very friendly and helpful, so this Hotel really recommended!

Apart from not being in the 'centre' of town this hotel was perfect for us. We had to plan a bit round the free bus.
The pool is clean, quite shaded by the villas so not too much sunbathing space, but it wasnt busy when we were there so it wasnt an issue.
Nice buffet breakfasts, omelettes cooked to order.

good location - far from bustle of main part of hanoi but near enough to cycle. Staff is friendly and very accomodating. Breakfast can be improved.

The hotel is not located in the city center and it is too far to walk, but there is a free bus shuttle quite frequently. I can really recommand this hotel if you want to relax in a very nice surrounding.

Good Place. Good swimming pool, pool table, good breakfast area and restaurant, nice bedroom. Be clear on what you're getting for the money. Three kinds of rooms. First, old doubles (anyway good ones) in main building. Second, double bedrooms in new compound (outside next to the swimming pool) and third, BIG double rooms with swimming pool views and living room.
Advisable. Far from the busy area, close enough to be there in 3 min. by motorbike.
