Loved this hostel, had amazing staff who went out of their way for the guests. Huge kitchen and excellent security with massive lockers that can fit your whole pack if need be. Great location, San Telmo has excellent cafesbars, boutique shops etc and is walking distance to Av.Florida.

VERY DIRTY BATHROOM

Dear HW, This hostel needs a coat of paint and for concrete floors to be tiled. Also misleading advertising does not inform customer that rooms with private bathrooms are actually external bathrooms - would not have booked otherwise. Also, rates advertised on HW are higher that actual rates - HW advertised at 407 pesos (A) when actual price was 360 pesos (A) for 2 nights. You need to sort this out, otherwise I will not book through HW again! Regards, Claire Rippon

: I didn't get the name of the restaurant, but be sure to eat at the place to the right of the hostel ,at the corner, next to another hostel. Anyway, if you are a meat eater, their steaks great and very reasonable. Hostel staff were great:)

the double rooms are too expensive given that there are no private bathrooms. Dorms seem like good value though. Location is brilliant.

Great location in San telmo. Staff speaks very well English and very helpfull. Rooms on the frontside have balcony, so you hear noise from outside. Kitchen is good equipped and organised. Breakfast is like everywhere in Argentina, nothing fancy. Would stay here again. Try to book directly at the hostel, it's cheaper!

It can get a bit noisy from the traffic outside but you soon get used to that, and remember this is Bs As!! Its a great hostel VERY helpful staff, really well located for both San Telmo & The Centro. I liked it so much I

Very nice hostel,double room lovely. A bit overpriced, breakfast is nothing special and there was always a queue for computers. Kitchen good and staff helpful and friendly. Location very good, San Telmo is a lovely place.

At the time we stayed here the hostel was being redecorated so it was rather noisy. We also were there during a heat wave - not nice when this hostel has no air con! In terms of value for money I don\'t feel its really worth it. The rooms weren\'t anything special for the extra money you pay. You won\'t have a bad stay if you go here (it was clean and in a good location) but I feel you could do better.. certainly if I go back to BA in summer air con will be a priority!
