We had our food stolen out of the fridge within 24 hours. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. We could hardly rinse the shampoo out! Our window was at the front and there was alot of outside party noise well after midnight of people on the font lawnpatio.

Wireless internet is an absolute rip-off!! $5 a night?? it should be $5 for one time access. It can't possibly cost them that much to run, obviously making a huge profit from. Good cheap snack machines downstairs. excellent location!! right on hollywood blvd.

The location was the best thing about this place. I was traveling by myself and wanted to make sure that I'd be safe at night and so I am glad I chose this place. There was a bit of a smell in the place and the place didn't have much to offer but it was clean enough.

This is an ok place to stay for 1 or 2 nights to explore Hollywood (and your expectations are not too high). Our room was dirty including sheets. Will not stay there again.

Bathrooms are dirty. Also, if you use your credit card to pay for the room you will pay 9% more! On the hostel website, it is written that you will have a $16 discount if you take the prime shuttle from the airport to the hostel. The taxi driver never heard of that and the receptionist told me that this sentence was "misspelled". Payment is due before 10pm. Nobody told me that. I came back just after 10pm and I found a note telling me that I have to pay now!

The place has a good location but thats all... The rooms are dirty and the shower is small. Also the lobby stinks so much that after you enter the house you run as fast as you can to your room cos the smell is so bad. Also while i was staying here a pet killer company came with dogs and checked the rooms for bugs. The staff is not really nice and one of the workers is stoned all the time. So i would not recommend this hostel...

I asked the reception to make some phone calls for me but they refused at first and said that I have to use the phone in the lobby, but as it was broken they made one phone call for me. I also asked them to order us a taxi on the last day, but I had to call myself when the machine in the lobby was functioning. The reason was that I was unable to dial the numbers from my foreign cellphone. No cleaning in the meantime for three nights. Otherwise the stay was okay and friendly staff.
