Reserved through hostel world a week in advance but was told the place was "full" on arrival. Stopped in Love Lane Inn up the road which was OK

We loved to stay in this old house with all the feeling of the past times and the people who may have lived there before - in a moderniesed way.

a nice hostel with a lot of characters and charms. the only minor problem is not enough of toilet facilities. noise can be a little problem, but again, it is only a hostel, not a 5-star hotel. therefore, i am happy with what i paid for.

We were staying with a small child of 22 months old and the staff was very friendly and helpful with him. I would recommend the place to anyone who is looking for a mid-range quiet hostel in the old center. Really nice, fresh and charming.
