I think this hostel would be really nice in the summer, for people who isn't out to party. On the winter thou I can't recommend it. It's freezing cold, even with extra blankets and the radiator sounded like an aircraft engine. I left with a fever, a cold and a headache.

This hostel was very conveniently located near the airport. The only thing I didnt like was that there was no kitchen- only one microwave, and since the hostel is kind of off the beaten path, it was hard to find food. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

A cool place to spend a night in Bergamo.
Make sure you buy roundtrip bus tickets before ariving to the hostel!

This is one of the best hostels I have visited. The hostel is very well secured and with good environment to relax....but very little space for fun.

we stayed in this hostel on the 26th December2008 and had to be up early the next day, the really noisy air conditioning came on at 6.30am, but we were not due to get up until 8am. Was really annoyed.

The hostel is on the top of a hill, and not really close to city center ("Porta Nuova"), something like 35-40min walk.
The directions to get there dont help much, so make sure to google- map it first. If you are coming from the airport, take whatever bus takes you to "Porta Nuova" (2 Stops after the trains station, which is easily recognizable). Get off the bus at "Porta Nuova" , and take the Bus 6 at street that is perpedicular to the one the first bus came from.

I went there in December so it was pretty deserted and few octogenarian folks out there too. But overall okay place to live in. Note all beds are like dorms and toilet is not personal.
