THe person at check in was incredibly nice and helpful --gave me extra sheet and carried my bag upto the second floor. The guy the next morning overcharged me for a taxi back to the airport by 15 ringett or so (but to be expected). The room leaked when it rained....

Awesome place in a great location. Very classy.

The place is extremely dirty. Floor hasn't been cleaned for months, bathroom full of black i-don't-want-to-know what stains and the bugs (quite blood-thursty ones) are all over the place.

Was really excited to visit the guesthouse. Website does sells itself but our room fell entirely short of expectations. Basic cleanliness was there, but walls had dubious stains and the ceiling was leaking pretty badly. Room was extremely dark even with windows. We knew of the bedbug problem but still decided to take the risk and indeed, we were bitten, albeit quite mildly. Number 8 needs to work much harder on cleanliness to fulfill the promises it makes to its visitors.

I would definitely reccomend this to any age range-staff very very heplful-kind and good humoured

the breakfast was very disappointing, no real coffe, only jam, butter and fruits. The room are small and they don't clean the room, don't make the bed, no soap, broken toilet, broken tap, dirty shower. i will not recommed this hotel to a friend, it's not worth the price (35

staff were really helpful, nice location win 10 min walk to shopping malls, free continental breakfast, rooms with AC, showers with hot and cold water =) i'd love to stay there again!

The room was dusty and there were watermark stains on it. The towels looked really dirty and so did the bed. Very far off from what we had seen on the site's pics. I felt very unsafe in the room as it only had a normal room lock and so I woke up many times during the night, scared that someone might've broken into my room. The water heater was cranky and the pressure couldn't be adjusted. The staff were pretty helpful though.
