Although overall happy with our stay we felt misled over room rates, and also were under the impression that breakfast included. Quite a few terms and conditions that they claimed to have but were not to be found anywhere on their own website or on HostelWorld, particularly regarding cancellation policy (cancelled 1 of 2 rooms booked with 2 days notice, they disputed that needed 3 days - yet email confirmation stated 24 hours notice needed!) - check what rate and conditions before booking!
