A few things with staff, directions to wrong train station,the price of tix were double what we were told .Accidently walked thru the kitchen(hrs after we were asked to leave for 12 hr for cleaning)on wet floor, heard something said in Polish and heard "Australian",my bf followed and was told off a bit unnecessarily.. there was no mark! Maybe hostel should just ask for shoes to be taken off on entry? Left bad taste for what was otherwise a nice looking hostel...others were accurate & friendly

An excellent hostel. We had double rooms, it was quiet, the location was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitiely recommend it.

What was meant to be a 3-day stay to collect VISA's, turned out to be a 1 month stay at the hostel and settling in Warsaw, with a flat, job and new life, thanks to New World St. Hostel!
The staff are the most friendly people you will ever meet, who have become my closest friends here. Always willing to help whether it to be show you the information you require, or a good time in Warsaw!
The hostel is perfectly located to where it's all happening, right on Nowy Swiat!

Fantastic staff, delicious breakfast, the most comfortable beds and warmest quilts... was terrific. Rooms were a little tight, but nothing to be worried about.

Had a great one night stay! Awesome location near Old Town! Easy easy access from airport with the 175 bus. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff that were very helpful in showing me where to go if i wanted to see the city. Location was the best though.

It is a great place to stay in Warsaw. The only bad thing is that I could not get hot shower. The water was just warm and the pressure was low....
