The hotel's so clean, breakfast is great! Staff are kind, they invited us what is called Vietnamese banana ice-cream, this's first time in my life I got it, it's so delicious with coconut milk. I want to stay in this hotel whenever on my vacations, it like my second home!

The best hotel I?ve been in backpacker area. Everything they can make you satisfied with professional way. I booked some bus and flight tickets from them with good price. I love this place so much.

The hotel's owner is so nice, she help us booked some tours with best price compare some other places. I heard this time is high season for travel cos Vietnamese New year, that's why we're so surprised with their airport pick up service. I was amazing cos too much people in the airport and have traffic all the way back to hotel, it took longer than 2 hours. I think without them, we couldn't find this hotel in the busy place like this.Thanks My My Art House.

We booked 2 days but finally we stayed there 4 days. Our room is good small size but it was clean daily with fresh towels. Last night we're drunk that's why next morning we're going to miss our bus but luckily we had a wake up call on time so that we could catch the bus. When we left hotel, they reminded us to take our wallet from safety box back. Thanks to everyone of My My Art House. We'll recommend this hotel to everyone on the way up to Ha Noi.

Hanh was very friendly, superb service. She did the booking of tours for us. Nice and clean room, cable tv with 73 channels. Would suggest this to others wanting budget and your own space.
