very rude staff, air conditioning didn't work in room (which is not good in Darwin!!) which they would not fix, loud, noisy, dirty room. the only thing it had going for it was the location.

the place would do with a few more secure lockers as there was none during our stay!!! all bags had to be left in a room without any lock,there for all valubles had to be carted around darwin with us! staff were friendly and the room was clean and big,no complaints there!!

rooms and social area were great but the kitchen was filthy and the cookers couldnt be turned off as the knobs had broken (health and safety?!)

I really didn't enjoy my time there. The staff weren't very helpful and the atmosphere was just OK. The kitchen was pretty crappy and the key cards were extremely testy. I wouldn't stay there again.

Bathrooms need better ventilation. Big hostel with no character but has everything you need. Most people here seemed to be working.
