No heating in rooms so cold at night in winter and only 2 toilets for everybody but otherwise superb location and very friendly staff

Very THOROUGH service. If they say they have it, they mean it, and they really want to help. They will go out of their way to help you with what you need. This, to me, is worth a lot more than just a list of amenities. Great for sharing with other travelers as well.
However, don't have breakfast there-- it's not very good, and there are nearby hummus and falafel stands that very good and very cheap.

Great hostel, friendly staff. Amazing location, right in the heart of downtown Amman. Private rooms are very nice, clean bathroom, clean beds and sheets

Kitchen was disgustingly dirty and the shower leaks all over the floor.
Beds were rock hard and not comfortable at all.
We had booked 2 nights but wished we hadn't booked at all
Very popular with Japanese tourists
When booking double bed, you get twin beds

really nice and funny owners. Very helpfulll with transport advice. Showers cost nothing and Internet is free.
