Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Chill out room was relaxing and was stocked with games, music and fast internet access. The hostel felt clean and modern.

Back to Lisbon and, as promised, back to Chillout! As I expected, staying there was once again very good! Some improvements since summer that made this place even more cosy than it was... It's impossible not to recommend it!

I decided to visit Lisbon again to meet some friends and obvioulsy decided to repeat the experience at Chillout... Once again, I liked it a lot. It was very pleasent to stay there. I recommend it to everybody who wants to have a nice stay in Lisbon!

This hostel can be much fun in summer but now: inside it was freezing, mainly due to an extreme humidity. Towels didnt dry and things stayed moist + cold. No heater nor blankets to improve things.
Only 4 showers: way too few when the hostel is full.
Extremely hard to find. No signs, the doorbell wasnt answered. We had to phone to have someone open the door, by then we already suspected the whole thing to be a scam.
But: nice commonroom and a nespresso coffee machine!

nice hostel,i spent xmas there and it was nice and quite the staff were good and friendly and the facilaties were god but some extra pots for cooking in the kitchen would be good,
would dfinately stay here again

I was in it хостеле, in September! Was together with the friend. The personnel shaking, very sympathetic and benevolent! We even managed to get acquainted with a management. They as very positive! A food on 5 +, prepare it is very tasty and on the house.As though ate at home. All is very pure and ухожено, it is visible that the personnel watches it!
