The thing is: EDUCATION and RESPONSABILITY. I kindly tell them that because of the trafic i could not go to the hostel, and them make the debit of the night in my credit card. Let God's Law do the sentence. Good New's Year.

This hostel is situated in by far the best location. The main foyer smelt of dead animals, but apart from that, the rooms were clean and as good as you can expect from an average hostel. We had an amazing time in Venice, but we didn\'t see another person the whole time we were at the place. The breakfast was a welcome change from the usual hostel breakfast and the coffees were good.

No TV, the kitchen was not available, no micro wave....just a bed to sleep....thats all!

Very very bad attitudes, very very lousy service, very very poor environment, very very annoying place. For my advice, please avoid this terrible and scary place, or else you will be regret!!

A good choice for the price and location. Dorm rooms were spotless with new linen on beds and soft snowy white towels. Rooms could do with a few hooks on the walls to hang up jackets and towels and a bench would be useful to put ones luggage on.

Forget to give me changes and blame on my keeping talking to him;The picture on the website is nothing to do with the hotel;No heating system during the night;Early check out in winter;The door can be locked;U cant leave your luggages there after u check out 7. Very horrible picture in the room. 8. I live in the double room.( with double layer empty beds );Only one standing lamp in the room;Dont ask him any question about Venice. He did update;Take a deep breath when you see the front door!
