wonderful place to stay. They even let us use the internet and free tea and coffee facilities after we checked out!!!

A little bit far from the station, but the staff is excellent and always tries to help. I will return to this hotel if I go back to Japan.

The most disgusting and dirtiest place we have ever visited! We would not recommend a stay there!

Very well located. The free onsen is great and you can try on a traditional yukata (kimono) downstairs. However, the heating is REALLY loud and makes lots of odd banging noises all through the night. You can also hear the musical traffic lights non-stop from first light, a little irritating. Place is a little souless.
P.S. Make sure you go to Kawaguchiko, and not Kawaguchi!

the bedsheet is not clean enough ( dust ) and not prepare for us when we arrive .Tthe location is excellent in front of station. The staffs are OK.

The motorised ventilation system was very noisy. As a result, the guests could not sleep peacefully. In addition, the cleanliness of the matteress can be improved.

This place is very good! the staff are really, really accommodating and the location is unreal, 2 secs from the station and over looking Mt. Fuji! Naturally being Japan is bloody pricey but no more so than any other place and this has been one of the best places iv stayed in for a while
