This is an Ok budget choice for Brunei. It is a bit dated but was clean. Cheap internet, free airport pick up was great, location is good. The staff are not very customer friendly i.e. they would not give us more towels etc. the breakfast is good.

as its a hotel the facilities are ok and the standard of rooms are good but the language barrier can be a bit of a problem so just make sure you are sure what you are getting or asking for. i would stay here again with theese things in mind

Great hotel and staff but being a hotel and not a hostel no opportunity to meet up with fellow travellers. Staff realy helpfull and friendly though great internet room and bistrocafe

The staff in the restaurant were perfectly polite to my boyfriend but repeatedly rude and dismissive to me. We didn't know why, but guessed it was due to my failure to wear a headscarf.
