The staff were pleasant and very helpful with directions for Tokyo.

No security whats so ever. I rather throw my bags on the street and it would make no difference. The rooms were cold and the water was not hot enough. Very bad experience!

Even if they rent private rooms, there's absolutely no privacy. The wall between 2 bedrooms is a thin piece of wood, and the wall is stopping 40cm before the ceiling... We were lucky because as a couple we had a big room, which means 4m

we ordered a private room and had to sleep in a garden house of two square meters with 3 beds above each other. This place is all about making profit and you cannot talk with the owner. Saitama is not Tokyo and the location is in a criminal area.
Even if everything is booked prefere a nice internetcafe. Don't go there !

This hostel is bizarre. "It's just a place to sleep" says the dude when we check in. And he's right. It's tiny, literally the private room we stayed in was the bed and about 30 cm's of floor on one side. The room was 'private' but as it was only separated from the other rooms by a piece of plywood that only went up just above your head, it wasn't so private. The doors made loads of noise, it was like staying in a dorm with a plywood curtain. The checkin took ages, you have to pay a dep...More

I'd only reccommend staying here if you like seedy old men propositioning you and bed bugs. That, or your only other option is the street! The people staying there are great though, made it a lil worth while although you're not allowed to talk at night because the neighbours call the cops and the manager yells at you to shut up... They also throw your food away, marked or not.

This is not a 'hostel.' It is litterally a shed that was built on someone's lawn...poorly. The power comes form extention cords that are fed from the main house. It is a fire hazard and looks to be unsafe. It is cheap, but the staff will try and charge you for EVERYTHING. There are fees for all sorts of minor 'infractions.' Do not be fooled by the low price, this is the worst hostel that I have stayed in in Japan (I have stayed in 15+).
