We were disappointed,as there were many problems that could be easily fixed. The door to our apartment was broken, the shower didn't work, there was no hot water, the balcony door was broken, the cable tv didn't work and the apartment was very cold. These things are very basic requirements that should be fixed immediately, which would make this an acceptable place to stay. It's a shame because without these problems, we would have been satisfied.

The place was extremely cool and friendly. No curfew, own pub, do whatever you want and good location. You have everything you need just a few minutes from the hostel: cafes, bazaars, restaurants, museums, clubs, couldn't be better ...

Small hostel with very frendly people. Common space is not huge, but the rooms and the bar located next are very nice.

A Very good place to book a room in Sofia. All the service and staff were on good level. The Irish Pub they opened downstairs is unbelivable > recommend to everybody to visit!

no locks on individual room doors, lady who managed the place came into our room while sleeping and woke us all up in order to get bedding!!! Apart from a lady called Maria the other staff were rude and offensive. Terrible facilites and food was appauling (it was free though)

The website advertise for "on-street" parking which is a lie!!!

very good experience with Internet Hostel. The rooms are really nice and clean...

really loud hosts... really loud.... and common to bulgarians, but the smoke in the hostel from the cigarettes, I thouight I was in a gas chamber in 1942. I do have to say the beds are really good, in opposite to the rest we've seen in Bulgary...
