I reality appreciated the extra help from the staff with my bag when it was raining and I love the tamti mats on the floor in the bedroom and the ensuite and the bathroom and the set up in the lounge room. It was an amazing hostel.

This is a great hostel! The bed was comfy and the room had it's own heating system. I really loved the third floor common area with the computers and kitchen. It made my stay in Fukuoka very pleasant.

Very good, cheap hostel with helpful staff and handy map. Within walking distance of the train station. Clean bathrooms though showers leave a bit to be desired.

The staff were excellent. They helped beyond what was expected. A drawback was that the walls were thin, but this should not put anyone off in staying this hostel, because the staff were excellent.

This is a really nice hostel with a cosy kitchentv room, also had free internet which was excellent!

this hostel was good, only thing was that i couldnt figure out how to use the stove, though i have a sneaking feeling tha it was my fault, not the stove. would stay here again

I love the Khaosan in Fukuoka. It's my second time staying there and this time I found it even more friendly and welcoming than the first time! My only comment is the location is a bit out of the way and it would be nice if there was a second, quiet common area for reading or computer. Third floor can be noisy when trying to read. Otherwise, I love staying there! :)
